Delivery methods
1. Pick up at Kwun Tong office
After the order is confirmed, it usually takes 1-2 working days to process. After receiving the pickup notification, the customer can pick up the order at the Kwun Tong office during business hours.

2. Delivery to designated address
After the order is confirmed, it usually takes 1-3 working days to process. After the order is shipped, the customer will receive a notification and a waybill number.
You can use SF Express to deliver to residential and commercial addresses.
Guests can choose to go to SF Express Station or smart locker

Seven-day return and exchange service
1. If the customer has obvious non-human damage within 7 days after receiving the goods, he can contact our company's staff and provide the relevant order and document number. After receiving confirmation and approval from the staff, he can visit our company in person for replacement.
2. Replacement goods must be returned together with complete packaging, sales receipts, accessories, and instructions.
